Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship separately if your order contains items fulfilled from different locations or suppliers. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for the same order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times. Fyah Yawd is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at fyahyawd@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist you.
